During the last ten years I was working on more than 10 projects as a project manager and/or leading programmer. Together with other programmers we have developed several applications for structural and mechanical engineering and fluid mechanics. These projects have been for me a precious source of experience in programming and using latest technologies, as well as in company management and work organizing. My work has consisted in:
Project planning: analysis, UML diagrams, documentation, GUI design.
Advanced programming: application frameworks, graphical engines, data architecture.
Project management: leading teams of programmers, quality assurance.
Other tasks: electronic documentation, installation,...
VC++, MFC, ATL, STL
Fortran, Pascal, Basic
3D graphics - OpenGL
Object Oriented Programming, OLE, COM
UML, HTML, XML
Win SDK, Win9x, NT, 2000
I have spent many years by development of advanced numerical methods for simulations of compressible transonic flow. I am specialized in two-phase wet steam flow with homogeneous and heterogeneous condensation. This problem was also the subject of my PhD theses in 1996. More information about this can be found in listed publications or at the Cochem Flow page.
