Post-processing - charts

This dialog displays results in charts. The current chart may be copied to the clipboard as a metafile using the "Copy" button. Chart settings can be customized by the "Options" button or using the pop-up menu displayed after right-clicking on the chart.

Available charts

• Algorithmic behavior of DREAM
• Autocorrelation of sampled parameters
• Convergence of individual chains to target distribution
• Marginal densities of parameters
• Histogram of marginal densities of parameters
