Min/Max Values Global in Time

As a default option the spectral and contour maps are displayed on a global scale, i.e., the scale of a certain variable is defined by the minimum and maximum of all values from all time levels and over the entire transport domain. This command switches scales from the global to a local scale with respect to time and vice-versa, i.e., the scale of a selected variable is defined by the minimum and maximum values within an actual time level.
