HYDRUS automatically analyzes defined Geometry and if it is not correctly defined, it displays at the Edit Bar the message Error in Domain Definition.
After clicking on the warning Error in Domain Definition, HYDRUS displays a message informing what is wrong (incorrect). Here is an example of such a warning.
You can ask HYDRUS to fix the problem automatically (which may or may not succeed, depending on the complexity of the problem), or you can attempt to fix the problem yourself.
The same message is obtained when using the Tools Menu command Check Data Consistency. Use the Tools menu command Repair Geometry to fix existing problems.
