Insert B-Spline Surface Graphically

A B-Spline Surface can be inserted either graphically or numerically. Graphical definition is started using the menu command Insert->Domain Geometry->Surfaces->B-Spline->Graphically.

When a B-Spline Surface is defined graphically, a dialog is first opened, in which one defines parameters of the surface, and only then one defines graphically Boundary Curves.
